Source of the Nile
Entebbe, Jinja, Busoga
Drive from Entebbe to Jinja, a short transfer that puts the group at the source of the Nile by early afternoon. The evening opens with a team meet and greet dinner right on the river.
The next morning is a boat cruise to the point where the Nile leaves Lake Victoria, with time on the water for birdlife and the fishing villages along the bank. From there the group visits the Busoga Kingdom's palace for a cultural introduction, followed by a community walk through a nearby village.
The afternoon moves to a sugarcane and vanilla smallholding for a full, hands on session: harvesting, processing, and tasting, all included. The trip closes with a wellness stretch back at the river lodge, a guided relaxation session by the water and a final team debrief before departure.
